Ivor Foster

Ivor Foster (1870 – 1959)

This Welsh baritone and singing teacher sang in 27 consecutive seasons of Boosey’s London Ballad Concerts and created the part of Don Pedro in Stanford’s opera “Much Ado About Nothing” at Covent Garden. As of 1935 he was living in Chiswick, enjoying his recreations of golf and gardening.
