Walter’s acoustic recordings have not been widely reissued. This, the first of his four 78rpm recordings of the Siegfried Idyll, has been available on a limited edition Japanese CD. In total, thirteen different recordings of this work have been available in recordings by Walter (including a number of live recordings.)
